Completing a comprehensive account of each candidate’s interview in the form of individual assessments.
Completing a detailed evaluation of all candidates including comparisons, rating scales and key differentiators in the form of a comparative assessment/matrix.
Compiling the final Selection Advisory Committee Report based on the panel members’ consensus with a summary of recommendation.
Reference Checks

Ensuring the details on the candidates’ resumes are accurate.
Contacting previous employers to verify their employment history, responsibilities, reasons for leaving, etc.

Completing the reference check template with the information provided.
